Embroidery Set-up Fees

Embroidery files can be recreated from almost any format supplied including photo images, however unless thread colours are supplied we can only match by discretion, your logo stitch count will determine the price you pay.

Artwork

In order to maintain our great reputation we insist artwork be of a good quality and supplied in a vectored format or high res, jpeg, PNG type file, where this is not the case then we would have to charge an set up fee, starting from £15 ex VAT

Own Garments

• Will only be acceptable if they are specialist products and a minimum order value of £100.
• Clothing must be new and not pre worn or soiled.
• Disclaimer will need to be signed either by email, picture message or hardcopy
• The liability will be the responsibilitywill be of the customer.

Fullfillment Times

Our Working days and times Monday 10am -5.00 - Friday 9.30-4.30pm

Subject to Payment been received and artwork mock up been approved:

2-3 working days	Super Express Service	15% surcharge	(Only available on some of our services and will be honoured at our discretion)
5-7 working days	Express Service	10% surcharge
10-14 working days	Standard Service

Delivery

Standard delivery cost as follows:

• Free local delivery within 10 mile radius
• National delivery will be charged at Post Office rates

Minimum Order Value

£50 ex VAT

Payments

All payments will need to be made in full before goods are dispatched or collected.

This can be done by way of BACS.

Debit, or card card payments will have to be in-store and will incur a 5% surcharge.
