At Love2Print we understand the importance of user privacy and data protection. We take our duty of care over these areas extremely seriously, and will make every effort to limit data collection and processing to the minimum we can to provide our services.

Alongside our personal commitment for data protection and data privacy we always operate in consideration to the relevant laws in this area, including but not necessarily limited to:

Personal Information used by our Websites
Our websites collect a variety of data when being used:
Site Visitation Tracking
We use use analytical tools to help us understand how people find and use our websites. These tools generally record certain basic data such as your geopgraphical location, browser, and operating system, however none of this data personally identitifes you.
Google Analytics
Like most websites, one of the tools we use is Google Analytics. In addition to the general, demographic data already mentioned, Google do record some data which may be able to identify you more precisely, such as your IP address, however they do not allow access to any data that we could use to identify you.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics tracking in a number of ways, including, but not limited to, disabling cookies in your browser.
HubSpot

You can opt-out of HubSpot’s tracking in a number of ways, including, but not limited to, disabling cookies in your browser.
Contact Forms and Email Links
Should you contact us using a contact form or an email link your data is not stored by our websites. Instead it is sent directly to our email accounts. Our email uses secure, encrypted connections between servers whenever possible.
Mailing Lists
If you choose to sign up for our email newsletter the email address you submit will be forwarded to MailCHimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor with their own Privacy Policy. Additionally, your name and any other contact details you supply may be stored in this system.
Messages sent through MailChimp contain an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us directly for manual removal. Please allow up to one whole working day for your request to be processed if contacting us directly.
If you are under 18 years of age you must obtain parental consent before joining our newsletter.
While your address remains on our mailing you you will receive periodic newsletter style emails from us.
E-Commerce
If you purchase goods through one of our websites or from an authorised member of our sales team, certain personal data will be collected in able for us to fulfill your order. This will include name, address, contact details, delivery details, and billing details.
Shopping
If you purchase goods in one of our stores or from an authorised member of our sales team, certain personal data will be collected in able for us to fulfill your order. This typically includes name, address, contact details. In certain cases we may request further personal information to facilitate your order, this will be clearly explained before your order is accepted and any data is stored.
How We Store Your Personal Data
Much of the data we use is collected and processed anonymously. Our use of third party data processors for general tracking and usage data means we don’t have any access at all to most identifiable data and we don’t store the data ourselves.
When we do store your data it is placed on secure systems that undergo repeated auditing and testing to protect your data. We aim to minimise the data we store about you whenever possible.
Third Party Data Processors
We are careful about the partners we choose and require any third party data processor to be compliant not only with their local laws but also all UK/EU privacy laws. In the case of U.S. companies we look for EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliance. And within the EU we expect our partners to meet EU GDPR requirements.
Your data may be processed by one or more of the following third party data processors:
- HubSpot
- PayPal
- Stripe
Data Breaches
We will report any unlawful data breach of our data, or of our third party data processors, to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifieable manner has been stolen.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may change from time to time inline with legislation or industry developments. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes. Instead, we recommend that you check this page occasionally for any policy changes.
